Job summary

Kimberly Glazing & Indt'l Supply Inc., based in Quezon City, is seeking a Human Resource professional to join as a full-time specialist. You will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support strategic growth while ensuring efficient workforce operations.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, training coordination, and maintain compliant records. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for development

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical HR experience.
• Experience as a generalist HR professional in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and their implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administering core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle
• Managing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns with professionalism and impartiality
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company values
• Coordinating employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and career progression opportunities
• Maintaining accurate HR records and managing confidential personnel files in accordance with data protection regulations
• Assisting with compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enquiries
• Contributing to recruitment efforts by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process
• Promoting employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Providing HR support and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in the Philippines
