• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist with focus on Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
• Hands-on experience in training facilitation, program design, and event organization.
• Solid baseline knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and local labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Learning & Development by assessing training needs and designing internal modules.
• Plan and execute Employee Engagement events, wellness programs, and feedback loops.
• Facilitate onboarding and manage offboarding touchpoints for smooth transitions.
• Support day-to-day HR generalist functions, including policy implementation and benefits.
• Act as a Culture Champion, promoting company values and psychological safety.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Senior People & Culture Associate (HR Generalist role) to champion our employee experience. As a core HR Generalist with a strong focus on Learning and Employee Engagement, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant, continuous-learning culture, driving key HR programs, and delivering high-quality generalist support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning & Development (L&D): Assess training needs across teams, design and facilitate internal learning modules, coordinate external training vendors, and track training effectiveness.
• Employee Engagement & Experience: Plan and execute internal engagement events, wellness programs, team-building initiatives, and employee feedback loops (e.g., pulse surveys, exit interviews).
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, ensure a smooth assimilation process for incoming staff, and manage offboarding touchpoints.
• HR Generalist Operations: Support day-to-day HR generalist functions, including policy implementation, employee queries, benefits support, and HR records management.
• Culture Champion: Act as a key ambassador for company values, driving initiatives that boost morale, connection, and psychological safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with focused experience in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
• Hands-on experience in training facilitation, program design, and event organization.
• Solid baseline knowledge of general HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and local labor laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
