Latte Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day operational support across Employee Experience & Retention functions. The role covers survey administration, data encoding, and movement documentation for group client entities.

You will assist with engagement initiatives, recognition, and culture-building activities, and prepare timely engagement/retention reports for the HR Operations Manager. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience helps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed.

We are looking for an HR Generalist who can provide reliable day-to-day operational support to the Employee Experience & Retention function across the group's client entities, from survey administration to employee movement documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Survey Support - Assist administering employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Data Encoding - Encode and update engagement and retention data in HR systems and trackers.
• Movement Documentation - Prepare employee movement documentation, including promotions, regularization, and transfers.
• Initiative Support - Support execution Of engagement initiatives, recognition and culture-building activities.
• Reporting - Prepare engagement and retention reports for the HR Operations Manager within agreed timelines.
• Employee-Facing Support - Respond to routine engagement related employee queries and escalated complex concerns appropriately.
• Escalation - Escalating issues beyond to the HR Operations Manager and coordinating with other HRBSG functions as needed

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate Of psychology, Human Resource Management. Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior HR internship Or on-the-job training experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow instructions closely and manage routine with accuracy
• Wiling to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed

Preferred qualifications

• Prior internship, on-the-job training or entrplevel experience in HR administrative work
• Familiarity with HRIS, Google Workspace or basic data tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn across HR generalist functions
• Interest in building a long-term career path Within employee experience/engagement
