Job summary

St. Joseph Group Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to shape a positive employee experience across recruitment, onboarding and performance management. You will handle HR administration, payroll inputs and ensure compliant practices.

You will partner with leaders to implement fair people policies, maintain confidential records in HRIS, and support employee engagement while upholding Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
• At least 3 years HR experience, preferably as a generalist
• Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll processes is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and help new employees have a smooth start.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
• Coordinate performance reviews, probationary evaluations, and other HR processes.
• Address employee concerns and assist in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and other HR reports.
• Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
