Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a direct-hire, permanent role onsite at Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig. A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration and at least 5 years’ HR Generalist experience are required.

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other relevant courses
• 5+ years experience as HR Generalist or similar capacity: handling Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Record Management, Benefits Administration and enrollment (such as HMO), Payroll Support, implementation of HR policies and procedures, provides support in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations; Employee Relations, organizing training sessions or workshops for employees, Tracks employee training records and supports HR Manager and leaders in ensuring compliance with training requirements, Assists with health and safety initiatives and compliance efforts,

Responsibilities

• Handle Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer benefits enrollment (HMO) and Payroll support.
• Implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support labor law compliance and risk management.
