Job summary

• At least 2 years of solid work experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in automotive/manufacturing.
• Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in Pasig City.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefit administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with high confidentiality.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic automotive company. In this onsite role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, managing day-to-day HR operations ranging from talent acquisition and employee relations to payroll support, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment tasks such as job postings, resume screening, preliminary interviews, and hiring coordination. Assist with seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with daily employee attendance, timekeeping, overtime, undertime, and leave records, while maintaining and updating secure 201 files and HR databases.
• Coordinate and assist with the process on government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR) alongside preparing and submitting required DOLE reports.
• Support with employee insurance enrollments, updates, and claims, ensuring strict confidentiality, accuracy, and proper documentation across all HR records.
• Assist with company activities, and HR sponsored training programs.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of solid work experience as an HR Generalist (experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry in the Philippines is a distinct advantage).
• Must be willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Pasig City office.
