Prince Retail Group of Companies is seeking an HR Generalist in Jordan to support store-level HR functions. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and records management to ensure compliant and efficient HR service delivery.
The successful candidate will partner with HRBPs and store leadership, drive employee engagement, manage documentation, and uphold labor standards across multiple outlets.

The HR Generalist is responsible for implementing HR programs and supporting store-level operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, learning and development, and records management. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and store leadership to ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance with company policies.
Implement end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, hiring, and onboarding of employees
Manage employee relations concerns, including counseling, discipline, and compliance with company policies and labor standards
Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration at the store level
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports (e.g., DTR, incident reports, manpower reports)
Facilitate employee engagement activities such as events, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives
Conduct training programs including onboarding, employee readiness, and development initiatives
Handle administrative tasks such as permits, documentation, and government compliance requirements
Monitor performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures
Partner with store leaders and HRBPs to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 4 years of relevant HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge in HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and training
Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office applications
Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR functions
