Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an HR leader to shape policies and talent strategy across the organization. You will define processes, engage with program clients, and drive consistency in attracting, developing, and managing talent.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead change. You must be willing to work onsite on a night shift and relocate to Bacolod with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Define policies and processes to support Ubiquity's strategy and objectives.
• Engage with program clients using Ubiquity’s tools and policies.
• Drive consistency in attracting, managing and developing talent across the org.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure tools and policies are aligned and effective.
• Use data and analytics to measure policy effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Design and deliver high-impact HR solutions that meet business needs.
• Coach managers to anticipate and mitigate organizational issues.
• Lead and champion site-wide and Global HR initiatives and partnerships.
• Stay updated with external trends and best practices in HR.
• Share best practice and form partnerships with external counterparts.
• Understand and plan for change, building cases and frameworks for implementation.
• Ensure minimum satisfactory ratings on internal and external HR audits.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to, and where accountable define policies and processes that support the Ubiquity and Program/ People strategy and objectives.
• Use and understand Ubiquity People tools and policies, engaging with program clients effectively to ensure their use across the organization
• Drive consistency of approach across the company in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organizational needs.
• Work closely with all Ubiquity People colleagues to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
• Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Coach and build the capability of people managers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues.
• Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate (Site-wide and/ or Global-wide) the company’s reputation as a world class organization and employer of choice.
• Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly.
• Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight, and internal best practice.
• Proactively share best practice, intelligence, and potential Ubiquity Wide activities within HR function.
• Build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice andceand stakeholders to scan for innovations and opportunities to form partnerships.
• Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case forasefor change with stakeholders. Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios and options to mitigate.
• Ensure minimum Satisfactory rating on internal and external HR audits.

• Must be willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule.
• Must be willing to relocate to Bacolod. Relocation assistance will be provided, including one (1) month of accommodation, a relocation allowance, and a one-way transportation ticket to Bacolod.
