Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment initiatives, manage compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws. The role also covers onboarding, offboarding, and employee record oversight in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HR/recruitment, strong Chinese language skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and recruitment in Malaysia, live streaming industry experience preferred.
• Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, strong recruitment skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred), basic proficiency in Malay.
