Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced web application developer with leadership skills to manage client projects for Japanese and external clients. You will work on web applications and cloud services for property-related solutions, coordinating across branches to define requirements and deliver robust results.

The role requires 8+ years in development with PHP, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS and HTML, plus experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder with 8+ years in web app development (B2B or B2C) using PHP, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS and HTML.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Team lead experience.
• Basic cloud service knowledge (AWS, Google Cloud) and related services (ALB, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, DynamoDB).
• AI business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements by understanding client products and liaising on details.
• Receive feedback and apply adjustments.
• Code, interface test, program, and run tests.
• Maintain systems and respond to client inquiries.
• Coordinate with Japan and Vietnam branches.

Main Role : In charge of internal/external project development. Currently the projects are all
requested by LIFULL Japan HQ or external Japanese clients. The candidate has the
possibility to be assigned either project.
Main products : Web application and cloud service for property and related services

Responsibility:
- Requirement definition : Understands what does the client providing as their products and liaise with client about the details and build the project base
- Receiving a feedback and apply adjustment
- Coding, interface testing, programing and testing
- Maintenance, response to the inquiry from clients, and analyze if there is any issue
- Liaise with respective branch (Japan, Vietnam) and work together

* Current main handle projects are related to tailor made house service and renting house website in Japan. Both are in house projects.
