Job summary

The role includes coordinating monthly events, preparing newsletters, and supporting onboarding items for staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication skills and a willingness to work on-site in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with the HR Head on internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, or Behavioral Science.
• 6 months to 1 year work experience in the same field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exposure or interest in public speaking.
• Highly organized and can work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and administer engagement activities for the department.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives and OD related needs.
• Prepare and disseminate monthly health-related tips and HR newsletters.
• Attend and facilitate company events and mass gatherings.
• Process employee kits, IDs, and uniforms as needed.
• Ensure compliance tasks such as DOLE and fire drill requirements are met.
