Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or labor relations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement administrative disciplinary procedures per company policies and labor regulations.
• Review and document employee violations with incident reports, evidence, and letters.
• Prepare and issue notices and explanations ensuring response time is provided.
• Coordinate and conduct administrative hearings including investigations and preventive measures.
• Communicate disciplinary decisions based on investigations and policies.
• Handle DOLE, SENA, and NLRC cases with case folders and attendance at hearings.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on labor cases, including assessments and submissions.
• Implement case handling protocol with timely notices, synopses, and submissions.
• Monitor labor cases progress with complete confidential records and regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with administrative policies and safety regulations.
