Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a People Shared Services Associate to manage HR data entry, maintenance, and documentation in Workday, while ensuring accurate master data and secure archiving. You’ll support regional teams, handle data requests, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic BPO environment.

Role focuses on onboarding, data changes, and compliance with privacy laws, with opportunities for growth in a global organization that values collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• At least two years of experience in HR data management or similar.
• Experience with HR processes, systems and tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HR ticketing/case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS including onboarding, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee master data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Archive personnel files securely and manage data changes via HR ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.
