HelloConnect in Manila’s BGC (Inoza tower) is seeking a Global People Shared Services Team Lead to oversee end-to-end employment life cycle data processes, ensure SLA adherence, and drive operational excellence.

You will mentor a team, collaborate with stakeholders, manage data privacy compliance, and lead process improvements and training to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team in a shared services environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the daily operational execution of the HR shared services function, focusing on end-to-end employment life cycle.
• Ensure SLA compliance, high-quality deliverables, and real-time status updates with stakeholders.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for complex inquiries and process bottlenecks.
• Drive performance management, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Oversee Training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing professional development for the team.
• Foster collaboration with onshore/offshore partners to align workflows and improve processes.
