Job summary

Colgate is seeking a self-motivated data management professional skilled in SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, support, and documentation of Employee lifecycle events in SuccessFactors and/or in SAP.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate data maintenance in a timely manner and working across teams to drive quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
• Hands-on experience in any ERP would be preferred.
• 1-2 years experience working in transaction processing in any HR ERP will be preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Strong documentation skills for crafting comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and adherence to industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Use tact to exchange ideas and information concisely and rationally.
• Ability to Work with partners in different Time Zone and Geography

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day processes of Data management accurately and in a timely manner as a hands-on processor.
• Handle escalated issues raised by partners and complex tasks.
• Act as Subject Matter Authority for other team members.
• Ensure quality is met for all volumes processed.
• Track and monitor daily and monthly reporting.
• Propose process improvement ideas to reduce time and improve accuracy.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and partners; collaborate with business leaders and IT.
• Participate in internal and external initiatives to the organization.
• Align with all policies and standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve outstanding issues.
• Go beyond immediate requests to ensure tasks are completed
