Job summary

Strada seeks an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to drive end‑to‑end design, implementation, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable configuration and deployment strategies.

The ideal candidate has deep EC expertise, data migration proficiency, and a track record leading multi-country implementations within a global HR technology program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in data migration, including mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.
• Proven leadership on multiple full lifecycle EC implementations.
• Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead EC solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across full lifecycle implementations.
• Oversee data migration, mapping, transformation rules, validation, and load strategies.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and business leaders; facilitate workshops and training for admins and super users.
• Ensure integration with Payroll, Time, ERP, Identity Management and other SAP HXM modules.
