Job summary

DuPont is seeking a highly motivated HR Data Management Representative - US to perform clerical and administrative HR activities across the employee lifecycle in a hybrid Manila-based role. You will handle onboarding data, records, and lifecycle changes while ensuring data quality and compliance.

In this position, you will support US-based employees, use Workday for data processing, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of HR Help Desk and Hire-to-Retire experience supporting US employees.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding data and changes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee files and records and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct data quality reviews and correct processing errors.
• Handle inquiries from employees/managers via calls and emails according to HR policies.
• Maintain recruitment process records, including EEO statistics.
