Ubiquity is seeking a Data Analyst, People Technology, to strengthen HR data reliability and insights in Manila. You will work on SQL-driven data quality, incident investigations, and reporting across HR platforms, ensuring accurate data lineage and actionable analytics.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR operations, HR IT teams, software developers, and external vendors to translate operational needs into technical database requirements and communicate status updates effectively.

Competenze

3+ years in HR analytics, data analysis, or IT process analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong SQL proficiency for data validation and reporting.
Working knowledge of enterprise HR systems and ITIL concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

Perform RCA on database anomalies and data pipeline issues to prevent recurrence.
Write and optimize SQL queries to inspect data and validate schemas.
Conduct data quality audits and risk assessments for HR systems.
Design and maintain HR dashboards and executive summaries.
Collaborate with HR IT, developers, and external vendors to translate needs into technical specs.
Document processes and maintain a centralized knowledge base for HR systems.
