Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Data Admin to join our Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, in a hybrid setup. You will manage HR data requests, support onboarding, and maintain trackers to ensure timely EOD reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in HR data administration, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and knowledge of data privacy laws. You will collaborate to improve reporting templates and ensure compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR data administration, records management, or a data-centric role.
• Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel for tracking/reporting.
• Knowledge of global HR compliance standards and data privacy laws.
• Demonstrated ability to improve internal tracking processes or reporting templates.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all job requests from Points of Contact (POCs), ensuring 100% adherence to timeframes and SLAs.
• Lead onboarding and technical training for newly hired HR Data Admins to ensure consistent application of protocols.
• Maintain and update HR trackers and databases in real-time for accurate EOD reporting.
• Carry out data processing activities in accordance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
• Audit HR data entries for accuracy and correct discrepancies in records.

Your Role

As an HR Data Admin, you will be responsible for:

• Execute and monitor all job requests from Points of Contact (POCs), ensuring 100% adherence to specific timeframes and service level agreements.
• Lead the onboarding and technical training for newly hired HR Data Admins to ensure consistent application of company protocols.
• Maintain and update all HR trackers and databases in real‑time to ensure accurate and timely End‑of‑Day (EOD) reporting.
• Carry out all data processing activities in strict accordance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and established workflows.
• Audit HR data entries for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies in employee records or permit documentation.

What You Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data administration, records management, or a high‑volume data‑centric role.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet strict, requester‑defined deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of global HR compliance standards and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR or local equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to improve internal tracking processes or reporting templates for better efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in EOD reports to support HR decision‑making.
