Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Data Admin in Pasay City for a hybrid work setup. You will handle HR data administration tasks, ensure timely processing of job requests, assist with new-hire training, and maintain trackers for end-of-day reporting.

Strong MS 365 skills and data-entry knowledge are required, with flexibility to take on additional duties. Our scale includes healthcare, benefits, and opportunities across a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Highly developed software skills in Microsoft 365 Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Broad knowledge in the Data admin/Entry Task.
• Flexible with additional duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all job requests given by POC's are adhered to in accordance with the set time frames made by the requester.
• Assist in conducting training for newly hired HR Data Admin.
• Update all trackers in a timely manner for EOD reporting.
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement
