Job summary

Perez Ventures Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Specialist/Manager to shape a strong, high-performing culture. You will balance employee well-being with accountability and business goals, guiding policy, recruitment, and development initiatives across the organization.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while implementing HR policies and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in generalist, supervisory, or managerial HR roles.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience creating HR policies, SOPs, reports, and employee communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficient with HR tech and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that strengthen the company's culture, values, teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Work with management to define and communicate the organization's mission, values, and expected workplace behaviors.
• Develop programs that improve morale, collaboration, recognition, and retention.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Create onboarding experiences aligned with culture, standards, and expectations.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Oversee performance evaluations, coaching, development plans, and improvement programs.
• Handle employee concerns, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
• Prepare notices, incident reports, and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain complete employee records, contracts, and HR docs.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, tardiness, overtime, and related records.
• Assist in payroll and information verification.
• Plan engagement, recognition, training, and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements.
• Provide HR reports and workforce insights to management.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve recruitment, reporting, and documentation.
