Job description

1. Strategic HR and Organizational Effectiveness (Primary)
Ownership of Talent Development, leadership pipeline, succession, and overall HR strategy through HR leaders to build a high-performing, compliant, and business-aligned workforce.

2. Administration Oversight
Strategic direction of procurement, logistics, and asset governance through the Administration head to ensure cost efficiency, operational reliability, and strong administrative control across all branches.

3. General Services Oversight
Oversight of facilities, workplace services, and vendor performance through the General Services head to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive operating environment.

4. Executive and Stakeholder Leadership
Strategic partnership with leadership and Operations to align corporate services priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and drive overall business performance.
