XtendOps is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator with hands‑on UKG experience to support day‑to‑day HR and employee administration activities for our US‑based BPO campaigns and accounts.
The ideal candidate has practical experience using UKG Pro, or UKG Read along with previous experience supporting a US‑based BPO account, campaign, client, or workforce.
Experience supporting a medical or healthcare‑related campaign is highly preferred, particularly for candidates who have worked with employees, processes, or client requirements involving healthcare, medical services, insurance, or related industries.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential employee information while working in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
Maintain and update employee information and records in UKG and other HR systems.
Process employee‑related HR transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations.
Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and employee‑related correspondence.
Maintain organized and confidential personnel records.
Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
Assist with day‑to‑day HR administrative activities and employee lifecycle processes.
Perform day‑to‑day HR transactions and employee data updates within UKG.
Assist with employee onboarding and ensure new‑hire information is accurately entered into the system.
Support employee data maintenance, job changes, organizational changes, and other HR transactions.
Review and validate employee information and identify discrepancies.
Generate and maintain HR reports using UKG.
Support timekeeping and attendance‑related processes when applicable.
Coordinate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies involving employee records, time, attendance, or HR data.
Assist with UKG‑related issues and elevate technical concerns when necessary.
Ensure HRIS information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Support HR activities for employees assigned to medical, healthcare, insurance, or other healthcare‑related campaigns, when applicable.
Maintain accurate employee information and documentation for healthcare‑related accounts.
Coordinate with Operations and HR teams regarding employee concerns, attendance, documentation, and employment status.
Follow account‑specific requirements related to confidentiality and handling of sensitive employee information.
Ensure HR processes are aligned with company and client requirements.
Apply a high level of attention to detail when handling employee information associated with medical or healthcare campaigns.
2+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related role.
Hands‑on experience using UKG is required.
Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Ready
Previous BPO experience is required.
Previous experience supporting a US‑based BPO account, campaign, client, or workforce is required.
Experience supporting US employees or US‑based HR processes.
Experience handling employee records, HR transactions, timekeeping, attendance, or HRIS‑related processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
Willingness to work on a schedule aligned with US business hours/time zones.
Experience supporting a medical, healthcare, healthcare insurance, or medical services campaign.
Experience supporting US‑based healthcare or medical accounts.
Experience working directly with US clients, employees, HR teams, or stakeholders.
Familiarity with US payroll, timekeeping, benefits, employee lifecycle processes, or HR practices.
Experience coordinating with US‑based HR, Payroll, Operations, Workforce Management, or Talent Acquisition teams.
Experience managing HRIS data for a high‑volume employee population.
Experience preparing HR reports and performing HRIS data validation.
Experience working with confidential or sensitive employee information.
Knowledge of BPO operations, workforce structures, and account‑specific HR requirements.
