Job summary

KNACK RCM is seeking an on-site Human Resource Specialist to support daily HR operations in Clark, Philippines. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations while maintaining compliant records and producing basic HR reports.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in HR roles, with a willingness to work onsite in Clark and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Collaboration with management to improve HR policies is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR roles, with preference for specialist or related role
• Willing to work onsite in Clark
• Ability to prepare HR reports and conduct basic data analysis

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and support key activities
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding (job postings, interviews, orientations)
• Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries
• Manage employee relations, including performance support and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Prepare HR reports and conduct basic data analysis
