Job summary

RU Group of Companies Inc. is seeking an HR Officer in Pasig to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

The role handles end-to-end recruitment, maintains employee records, administers benefits, helps develop HR policies, monitors attendance, supports training programs, and ensures regulatory compliance in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and leave management.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
