MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an HR Compliance & Operations Manager for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will lead employment contracts, compliance, audits, and HR governance across offshore relations with Brisbane leadership and regulators.

The role emphasizes policy development, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure regulatory alignment and efficient HR operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and onboarding documentation in line with Australian employment standards.
• Perform modern award interpretation and classification reviews across placements.
• Manage compliance audits for pay rates, allowances, overtime, penalties, and loadings.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, contractor agreements, and onboarding docs across labour hire and perm placements.
• Conduct award interpretation and compliance audits; identify and remediate risks.
• Coordinate licensing compliance and regulator reporting (QLD, VIC, ACT and others).
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned to Australian law and best practices.
• Prepare gender diversity and other statutory HR reports for leadership.
• Provide first-level HR advisory support on employment matters.
