Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and administering the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate payroll-related processes, compliance with labor regulations, and effective implementation of employee benefits and compensation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs.

• Assist in salary reviews, adjustments, promotions, and employee movement processes.

• Prepare and maintain salary structures, compensation records, and related HR reports.

• Review and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other compensation-related items.

• Manage employee benefits such as HMO, life insurance, government-mandated benefits, leave credits, and other company benefits.

• Ensure timely processing of government-mandated benefits and contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

• Assist employees with compensation and benefits inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other departments regarding compensation and benefits matters.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation and benefits records.

• Monitor compensation practices and recommend improvements to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.

• Assist in the preparation of annual compensation and benefits budgets.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Prepare regular C&B reports and analysis for management review.

• Support HR projects, audits, and other compensation and benefits initiatives as assigned.
