Marand Family Resort in the Philippines is seeking a Reliever HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources team in daily operations. This contractual, full-time role focuses on clerical duties, records management, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR-related fields, is proficient in MS Office, and has familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, HR databases, and other personnel documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, and preparing pre-employment requirements.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of employment documents, orientation materials, clearances, and employee records.
Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, overtime, and other timekeeping records, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll by compiling attendance records and other payroll-related documents.
Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits by preparing required documents, processing government-mandated contributions, and assisting with employee benefit transactions.
Prepare, file, and organize HR forms, reports, contracts, notices, and other personnel-related documents.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR-related concerns, referring complex matters to the HR Officer or HR Manager when necessary.
Coordinate HR activities such as employee orientations, training programs, meetings, and company events.
Assist in monitoring employee compliance with company policies and support the implementation of disciplinary and performance management processes through proper documentation.
Help ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies by maintaining accurate HR records and supporting required reports.
Perform other HR-related administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the HR Officer, HR Manager, or Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or office administration is an advantage but not required.
Basic knowledge of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee records management, timekeeping, payroll support, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR policies is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or payroll software is an advantage.
Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
