JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree Holder ofPsychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management
• With at least 6 to 7 years managerial experience.
• Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is an advantage
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and workplace relations.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, attendance logs, and HR documents in line with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Demonstrate strong abilities in planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and operational control.
• Oversee daily administrative activities to maintain efficient office operations.
• Guide and inspire the HR and administrative teams to deliver high standards of performance and efficiency.
