Candidates should have 3–5 years of HR business partnering experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations to guide operations in the Philippines.

The Human Resources Business Partner Officer ensures the alignment and implementation of people strategies with the business objectives in partnership with the HR Center of Excellence and People Services team. The position provides professional HR guidance to partners with the objective of adding value to the business, reinforcing a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectiveness

Implementation of Strategic HR Initiatives

Contributes to the development of the HR strategic initiatives in support of business strategies and org goals. leverages on intermediate HR Knowledge & Skills and Business Acumen to support the business partner in addressing unique people challenges

Implements agreed interventions to address organizational pain points in collaboration with HR Center of Excellence and People Services teams

Monitors, reports HR issues/challenges, and recommends opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales

Ensure effective implementation of organizational development programs

Organization Development

Partner with managers to identify talent needs and implement retention strategies. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs for supervisors and below

Guide team leaders and team members in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback. Support performance improvement plans and address performance-related issues

Talent Development

Analyzes training needs and recommends developmental interventions of identified critical talents and High Potentials of the accounts in partnership with Talent and Org Development team.

Supports and implements Learning and Development initiatives and programs at the country level

Facilitates the end-to-end training process of account-requested learning activities

Culture and Engagement

Develops and recommends engagement programs relevant to the division or department’s needs

Supports and implements Culture and Engagement initiatives and programs

Employee/ Labor Relations and Other Governance-related Functions

Ensures proper implementation of company code of discipline

Collaborates with the Team Leaders in the resolution of problems and handling of disciplinary cases in their respective departments and ensures that actions taken should be in compliance with the labor laws

Ensures that all labor-related compliance requirements are delivered and met

Develops and maintains good relations with Government and non-government organizations within the site for better and faster functioning of the organization

Data Analytics

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making

Qualifications

3 - 5 years HR business partnering experience, preferably in an FMCG

Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resources Management, or any related course

Knowledge of local labor, employment regulations, and HR best practices

Good knowledge and understanding of employment-related Acts (e.g. Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act, etc.) and other relevant regulations
