Primer Group of Companies in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (Account Officer) to align HR strategies with business goals and design programs that build organizational capability to deliver results.
You will partner with business leaders, understand products and services, ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, and lead HR projects including performance management and employee relations.
The Human Resources Business Partner (Account Officer) is responsible for the alignment of human resource strategies to the overall business plans of its client group. The role includes designing and implementing human resource programs that build organizational capability in order to deliver the expected business results.
Partner with business leaders in building organizational capability and core competencies
Understand various aspects of the business including products and services, competitors, financial reports, goals, strategies, and business development to determine business needs
Attend and participate in regular meetings, including Monthly Business Meetings, Business Planning, and other special meetings
Partner with leaders and members on appropriate policies and procedures
Give timely feedback and recommend solutions and improvements to the HR Council, Learning and OD team, Recruitment team and Compensation and Benefits team on HR policies and programs
Conduct and facilitate HR-related enablement sessions to ensure employees are kept updated and informed on the latest programs, policies, guidelines and systems
Conduct regular site visits to clients and be involved in status checks meetings to better understand HR needs of the business
Prepare and issue disciplinary notices and decisions and file the same in the employee's 201 file
Conduct administrative hearings and represent the company in various labor cases hearings at the NLRC
Ensure employment practices on disciplinary actions are in accordance with Company policies and Philippine Labor Laws
Ability to understand various aspects of business including products and services, competitors, financial reports, goals, strategies, and business development
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and employment practices
Capability to conduct administrative hearings and represent the company in labor cases
Experience in performance management and employee relations
Ability to manage HR programs and project delivery
Skills in data analysis and report preparation
Capability to facilitate orientation and training sessions
