Job summary

Vertiv Co in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced HRBP to provide front-line support and own defined employee life cycle, programs, and engagement workstreams for an assigned population. You will coordinate with HRBPs and managers to translate HR frameworks into consistent delivery and identify trends and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, including lifecycle support and project coordination.
• Ability to independently manage recurring processes and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, confidentiality, and escalation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint, HR systems, reporting tools, or data visualization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HRBP support for an assigned population and respond to routine inquiries.
• Coordinate HR programs with cross-functional inputs and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Support employee engagement, branding, and culture initiatives including GPTW and campaigns.
• Oversee internship program coordination, onboarding, engagement, and program closure.
• Manage onboarding and lifecycle milestones for new hires and early talent integration.
• Own HR communications calendar and release announcements, newsletters, and roadshows.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports and dashboards, and flag trends for HRBP attention.
