Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience including business partnering or senior generalist responsibility.
• Strong HR generalist and business partnering experience.
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor practices and employee relations.
• Ability to influence leaders using data and practical HR judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
