Job Description
1. Strategic Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR‑related matters.
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Leverage people data, metrics, and analytics to support business decision‑making.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and capability‑building programs.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend targeted learning and development interventions.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, manpower needs, and talent pipelines.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Promote a positive culture through organizational engagement initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and strengthen employee‑manager relationships.
4. Performance Management
- Guide leaders on goal‑setting, coaching, and performance review processes.
- Support performance improvement plans when applicable.
5. Organizational Development
- Assist in organizational design projects, restructures, and change‑management efforts.
- Facilitate team development activities, culture sessions, and leadership interventions.
6. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Recommend updates to HR policies as required.
7. HR Operations & Analytics
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D).
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leaders.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Highly preferred: Experience in clinics, hospitals, medical support services, or healthcare operations.
