Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, HRBP, Consultant Relations, Account Management, or Resource Management.
• Experience supporting deployed employees, consultants, contractors, or project-based workforces.
• Exposure to client-facing environments and stakeholder management.
• Strong background in employee relations and escalation handling.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
