Job summary

JD.com (JINGDONG) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support logistics and warehouse operations across Italy and Spain. You will partner with regional leadership to align people strategies with business priorities, driving performance, development, and engagement in a fast-growing cross-border environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Italian CCNL and Spanish Estatuto, fluency in English, and the ability to navigate a global corporate structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner in logistics or high-volume distribution.
• Fluent in English; Italian/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of European labor regulations and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support.
• Talent Management: Lead performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Italy and Spain logistics and warehouse operations.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment and address issues in compliance with Italian and Spanish labor laws.
• Change Management: Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision.
• Compliance & Benefits: Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies with respect to CCNL, Statuto dei Lavoratori, Estatuto de los Trabajadores, and EU directives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HR data to improve programs and processes.
• Culture Building: Promote DEI to strengthen JD's work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
• Talent Management: Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD's staffing needs in logistics and warehouse operations across Italy and Spain.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Italian and Spanish labor laws.
• Change Management: Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision.
• Compliance & Benefits: Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Italian labor law (Statuto dei Lavoratori, CCNL) and Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores), as well as applicable EU labor directives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
• Culture Building: Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to strengthen JD's work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume distribution centers preferred.
• Communication: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate a global corporate structure.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including operational challenges and frontline talent needs in the Southern European market.
• Core Competencies: Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Legal Expertise: Familiarity with Italian labor laws (CCNL frameworks, Statuto dei Lavoratori) and Spanish employment regulations (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, convenios colectivos), as well as relevant EU labor directives.
