Job summary

JD Logistics seeks a seasoned Bulky Warehouse Manager to lead large-item warehousing operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will design layouts, optimize space, and drive safety and productivity across a multi-role team.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, implementing WMS, and coordinating with transport, inventory and service teams to streamline the end-to-end bulk-item supply chain. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive warehouse management experience.
• At least 3 years overseeing bulky/large-item operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bulky goods warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Develop and implement warehouse layouts and handling procedures for bulky items.
• Optimize space utilization and minimize damage with proper techniques and equipment.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors, forklift operators, and handlers; enforce safety.
• Monitor KPIs: receiving, storage accuracy, picking rates, and shipping timeliness; take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs and company policies in warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with transportation, inventory and customer service to streamline the end-to-end process.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules for forklifts, jacks, etc.; ensure uptime.
• Implement and manage WMS and related tech to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and drive best practices across the warehouse.
