Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) is seeking an HR Benefits Assistant in Cebu to process government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) and secure clearances and certifications. You will also prepare other employee benefits such as birthday gifts, wedding gifts, longevity pay, and mortuary assistance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration with HR focus, or related business course; fresh graduates welcome; 6 months to 1 year of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in HR Development, or any Business related course.
• Experience in HR employee benefits is an advantage.
• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to work beyond working hours.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process government-mmandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF)
• Securing business clearances and certifications; and
• Preparing other employee benefits such as birthday gift, wedding gift, longevity pay and mortuary assistance.
