Golden Snake Solutions Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to join the growing HR team. You'll work closely with the HR Specialist and help keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly, gaining exposure to Payroll, employee benefits, and government benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good document handling.
• Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and numbers.
• Familiar with SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG; experience is a plus.
• Willing to perform fieldwork when needed
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records and HR documents.
• Assisting with SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-IBIG transactions.
• Conducting occasional fieldwork and government transactions.
• Supporting payroll preparation and checking.
• Assisting with HMO and employee benefits.
• Updating HR trackers and records.
• Supporting onboarding and other HR administrative activities.
• Assisting with general administrative and company requirements.
