Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an HR Associate to ensure efficient manpower deployment, track workforce, and coordinate with Outsourced Service Partners (OSPs) in Ermita, Manila. This full-time onsite role reports to the Outsourcing Services Management Lead.

You will coordinate with OSPs to deploy approved manpower, monitor headcount, maintain accurate records, respond to manpower issues, and propose process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in manpower coordination, HR operations, or vendor management is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or similar tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OSP to ensure timely deployment of approved manpower requirements, serving as the primary contact for all OSPs.
• Monitor fulfillment of approved headcount and ensure alignment with manpower plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of manpower allocation and deployment.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of manpower-related issues, provide regular updates and insights of manpower status.
• Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements or preventive actions.
