Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group is seeking an HR Associate in Cubao, Quezon City. The role covers employee records management, payroll processing support, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.

You will handle HRIS data entry, benefits inquiries, and compliance with local labor laws within a DIRECT HIRE arrangement. The position requires a BS Psychology or HR-related degree, relevant HR experience, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in Human Resources functions.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Microsoft Teams, HRIS, and other HR tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Certified HR Associate is an advantage but not required.
• Proactive, results-driven, data-driven, and people-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and safeguard employee records; ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Manage HRIS data entry and upkeep of HR databases.
• Assist in payroll processing with minimal disputes and adjustments.
• Process COEs and handle government benefit loans and company perks.
• Support employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Facilitate employee exit processes, including clearances and interviews.
• Support resolution of workplace issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist in performance management activities and renewal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide HR communication support and administrative tasks.
• Identify process improvements within HR functions.
