Job summary

SSG Philippines is seeking an HR Associate who will foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee satisfaction. You will support engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and assist in disciplinary processes to maintain a fair work environment.

The role emphasizes staying current with HR policies, payroll and attendance, and effective communication with all levels of staff in Mandaluyong. A detail-oriented multitasker with MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Psychology is required.
• Internship in a similar role within the BPO industry or recruitment firm is an advantage.
• Willing to report in Mandaluyong and amenable to shifting schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities are required.
• Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in employee satisfaction surveys and exit interviews to gather insights.
• Assist in the employee discipline process with coaching and support.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
• Stay updated on HR policies and labor standards and ensure implementation.
• Assist in Employee Movement Process, including evaluations and regularization/promotions.
• Check and maintain records related to employee movement and benefits for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and code of conduct, including attendance and behavior.
