Job summary

SereneOps Collective in Mandaue City, Cebu is hiring an HR Associate to provide day-to-day HR services, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, records and administration.

You will support end-to-end HR processes, maintain confidential records, assist in engagement activities, monitor compliance with labor regulations, and help deliver a positive, productive employee experience for staff and management, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Development Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR administration preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding for new hires.
• Assist in employee offboarding including exit interviews and clearance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
