HR Associate
About the Role
The HR Assocaite is responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR processes are effectively implemented and aligned with company policies, labor laws, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to support both employees and leadership in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and on-boardingactivities.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within target timelines and quality standards.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee employee processes from on-boardingthrough off-boarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, including 201 files and databases.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keepingacross all HR processes.
Performance Management and Employee Relations
- Provide advisory support to line, middle, and senior managers on performance-related matters.
- Coordinate goal setting, performance evaluations, and review cycles.
- Address employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures as needed.
Policy Development and Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections (ocular visits) to ensure workplace compliance.
Training and Organizational Development
- Analyze training needs in coordination with project managers.
- Support and promote Learning and Development initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure training programs are prioritized and effectively implemented.
Communication and Employee Engagement
- Implement company-wide communications, events, and engagement activities.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Assist employees with concerns related to payroll, benefits, and disputes.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Administrative and Cross-Functional Support
- Manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide support in Administration, Finance, and other related functions as needed.
- Perform additional duties aligned with HR and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in general HR functions.
