Job summary

The Asian Development Bank, headquartered in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Human Resource Assistant to support full-cycle recruitment within the Talent Acquisition Division. You will guide strategic recruitment, coordinate candidate shortlisting, and ensure coordination with hiring managers to meet department needs.

Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting panel interviews, and managing HRMS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in structured and competency-based interviews.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with teams.
• Ability to review recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire.
• Proficiency with HRMS and personnel databases.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment campaigns across media and platforms to build candidate pipelines.
• Pre-screen applications to ensure minimum qualifications are met.
• Coordinate panel interviews and participate as HRBP when needed.
• Support departments in implementing recruitment strategy and profiling.
• Coordinate selection process, salary offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide clear terms of appointment.
• Maintain complete candidate records in HRMS and prepare staff movement announcements.
• Monitor recruitment actions and generate regular data stats.
• Participate in BPMSD initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
