Job summary

Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support HR managers. You will handle clerical and technical tasks across recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management, ensuring smooth operations.

You will coordinate with departments, prepare memos and evaluations, manage employee files, HMOs enrollment, and assist in payroll-related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing new candidates.
• Oversee the daily workflow of all departments.
• Prepare memos, evaluations and maintain the 201 files of all employees.
• Deploy newly hired employees from orientation regarding the company's mission, vision, policies, rules & regulation and employees' benefits up to endorsing to the assigned Department Head.
• Prepare and maintain the 201 files of newly hired employees.
• Prepare ATM Application, ID Request and Uniform Request.
• Release ID and Uniforms of newly hired employees.
• Prepare evaluations of employees and Notice of Personnel Action Report such as Regularization, Merit Increase, Salary adjustment and Promotion.
• Review and update the job description of each employee/group of companies.
• Manage HMO enrollment and release of HMO Card of newly regular employees.
