Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) seeks a Human Resource Assistant in the Talent Acquisition Division at Headquarters in Manila. You will support the full recruitment cycle, provide guidance on strategic recruitment, and may serve as the HR Business Partner on the selection panel.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, knowledge of HR policies, competency-based interview experience, and proficiency with HRMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business or Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related area.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources management.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate advertisements of vacancies and coordinate placements to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Review and pre-screen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications are met and coordinate shortlisting with hiring managers.
• Coordinate panel interviews and serve as HR Business Partner when assigned.
• Support departments and hiring managers in implementing recruitment strategy and profiling to meet business needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end selection processes including due diligence, salary offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure completeness of HRMS records and prepare staff movement announcements.
