Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to lead the company’s learning initiatives in Laguna. The role spans TNA, annual planning, provider sourcing, and training logistics, ensuring budgets and records are kept up to date.

Beyond training, you will contribute to onboarding, competency development, leadership programs, and employee engagement events, supporting a strong, compliant corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR, L&D, or employee engagement.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company’s training and development programs from TNA to annual training plan.
• Source providers, organize training logistics, and monitor budgets.
• Maintain employee training records and administer assessments/evaluations, ensuring ISO/FSSC compliance.
• Support onboarding, competency development, individual development plans, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events, wellness workshops, and team-building initiatives; manage vendor relationships and communications.
