Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, consulting, reporting, project management, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Experience with large datasets and structured analytical approaches.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-ready analyses.
Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to influence across stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Strategic thinking with tactical execution and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative support to HR business advisors, managers, and leaders on workforce reporting, analytics, and insights.
Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses across headcount, attrition, internal movement, organizational health, and employee experience metrics.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, self-service reporting, and automated solutions for accessibility and decision-making.
Translate analysis into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations for senior leaders.
Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation through data-driven insights.
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize needs, and design scalable reporting and automation solutions.
Contribute to process reviews, data quality improvements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate across teams to resolve data inquiries, manage issue escalation, and support timely delivery.
Maintain high standards for data confidentiality, integrity, risk, and control in all deliverables.
