Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations and business reports
• Ability to collect, validate, and interpret data for reporting and decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and project coordination abilities
• Demonstrated collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups
• High attention to detail and quality checks for deliverables
• Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments

Responsibilities

• Support workspace planning with seating allocations for operations and continuity needs
• Create, review, and publish site reports and updates (utilization, occupancy, executive one-pagers)
• Monitor utilization trends and drive progress with stakeholders
• Coordinate with real estate, facilities, and technology teams on site changes and densification
• Assist with business transformation activities aligned to team priorities
• Promote adoption of digital solutions to improve workflows
• Collaborate with global teams to simplify and improve business processes
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and project materials with accuracy
• Identify risks and help mitigate issues
• Analyze data to resolve reporting gaps and provide insights and recommendations
